Peeka Berry Coffee Branding: Connecting Audience Insight to Visual Identity
How Cintman shaped the audience and brand direction, then worked with an artist to develop a coordinated identity concept.
This Peeka Berry Coffee branding case study follows the work from audience and market planning through an artist-created identity concept. The project materials positioned the brand around a distinctive Peaberry coffee experience and the promise “Taste, Beyond the Sip.” Cintman developed audience personas, brand positioning, and a creative brief, then worked with an artist who created the visual assets.
Status: Strategy and visual concept materials are documented. The available project files do not document client approval, production launch, or measured business results.

The opportunity
Connect the coffee story to a recognizable brand.
The planning materials framed Peeka Berry Coffee around a distinctive Peaberry offering and a more considered coffee experience. They explored taste, craft, premium positioning, and values-led sourcing as possible parts of the brand story. The opportunity was to connect those ideas to a defined audience and a visual direction that could carry across customer touchpoints.
The source materials also proposed ethical sourcing and sustainability as brand themes. They are presented here as proposed themes, not established business practices.
Audience & positioning
Four illustrative personas, one brand promise.
The planning set developed four illustrative personas representing motivations around responsible sourcing, brewing experimentation, premium rituals, and discovering distinctive flavors. These profiles served as planning tools; they are not documented as interview-validated customer segments.

“Taste, Beyond the Sip.”
The creative brief organized the concept around this promise. It proposed an elegant, natural visual direction with a premium note, then connected that direction to possible content, social channels, tasting experiences, subscriptions, and specialty retail.
Creative direction & artist collaboration
Strategy from Cintman. Artwork from the artist.
Cintman’s role centered on strategy, audience definition, brand positioning, and creative direction. Cintman worked with an artist collaborator, who created the logo artwork, identity boards, illustrations, and application mockups.
The supplied identity artwork emphasizes burgundy (#550118) and warm cream (#EDDBC7). The written brief also suggested gold and forest green; those remain unconfirmed as final brand standards.
