Meet Jerry Gutierrez
I founded The Cintman Group to help businesses make progress on the work that matters. My background spans product management, operations, automation, and AI, including SaaS products and a federal automation program deployed across 17 medical sites. In those settings, ideas had to become working processes people could understand, test, and improve.
I bring that discipline to owners who do not have a separate team for every problem. I help clarify the result you need, choose a practical starting point, build the working version, and refine it with you. AI can speed up the work, but your business knowledge and final judgment remain central.

Jerry led the product direction and workflow design for Decision Workspace, an AI-assisted way for small businesses to evaluate RFP and RFX opportunities before committing scarce time to a proposal. It organizes source documents, brings requirements and risks into view, compares the opportunity with the business’s capabilities, and records the reasoning behind a pursue, partner, monitor, or no-go decision.
